Shipping always be arranged after full payment for any orders, and tracking number will be given to buyers for check up the status of their orders as soon as shipping finished.
We have all the MBT Shoes in stock, send our clients the goods always in 2 workdays after we have received the payment; for bulk orders, shipping is after production completed.
All orders will be insured for the full purchase amount, and can be tracked at the EMS website.
We are a professional online dealer and cooperate with EMS expressing long-term,shipping order and delivering right to your door.Please make sure you are at home when the packages will be arrived.
All the packages will be mailed inside another box!!
We can send package to virtually any address in the world. Free shipping with EMS, addtional shipping cost for DHL.
Returns Policy
If for any reason, you are not content with your purchase please contact us immediately.Kindly include the following information when you contact us. This will expedite the processing of your return.
Your full name, order number and the date the order was placed and received
The photos of the shoes and the package that you received
The reason for the return of the products
All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
